Reconcile the specification with merged implementations found during the Papyrus project review. Mark metadata fetching (FR-2_13), physical books (FR-2_14), automatic goal progress (FR-6_3), metadata server configuration (FR-7_1_1), and OPDS catalogs (FR-7_5) as implemented, with links to criterion-level closure evidence.
Also record implementation of TASK-OBS-01 through TASK-OBS-05. The remaining 24-hour production observation gate now passes. Keep NFR-9_2 partial because structured logging and configurable levels across every application component remain outstanding. No acceptance criteria are removed and no requirement is marked verified.
Project cleanup completed: docs#15, #16, #39, #42, #46, PapyrusReader/observability#1, and PapyrusReader/papyrus#32 are closed as completed. Already-closed client icon and Windows release issues are also moved to Done. After merge, project-sync can refresh the managed specification sections to this revision.
Validation:
make requirements build test: both strict Sphinx builds, requirement export, and all 23 workflow tests passed.tools/papyrus check tooling: passed, including all 87 tooling tests.tools/acceptance.py: all eight production checks passed, including the full 24-hour window and sample coverage.
