Accounts awaiting deletion can reset a forgotten password within the recovery window without cancelling deletion or receiving a session. Disabled accounts without scheduled deletion and accounts at or past the recovery deadline remain blocked.
Credential consumption now locks the owner before the exchange code or email token, matching deletion cancellation. It re-reads the credential after locking and refreshes cached account state, so cancellation revokes waiting credentials without deadlocks or stale sign-ins.
Addresses both review findings on #46: password recovery and Google exchange lock order. Related: #40, FR-1_6, UC-1_6. Merging into development updates the promotion PR.
Validation: 72 PostgreSQL-backed auth and deletion tests passed, including new end-to-end password recovery and concurrent cancellation regressions. The regressions reproduced the original password-reset rejection and PostgreSQL deadlock before the fix. Ruff, formatting, and Mypy (190 files) passed. No schema, API payload, or version changes.
