fix(azure): make Microsoft 365 groups read-only - #133
Removes adding/removing members of Microsoft 365 groups: addAzureGroupMember, removeAzureGroupMember, azureGroupsWriteMiddleware and azure:groups:write. These came back by mistake when the read-only groups page was restored. Since the IdP derives Socio/Direttivo from Entra group membership, any holder could hand those roles to anyone.
Keeps the groups page and per-group member list (azure:groups:read). membership-dialog.tsx becomes the read-only group-members-dialog.tsx; the directory is still loaded with azure:members:read, only to show member emails.
Member creation (adds only the new user to Soci → Socio role) and member-number changes are unchanged.
tests/azure-groups.test.mjs asserts groups.functions.ts has no POST function or other azure.groups.* call, and the dialog uses no server function or useCan. README/AGENTS updated.
Pairs with PoliNetworkOrg/backend#96, which removes azure.groups.addMember/removeMember. This PR doesn't call them, so it can merge first and works with both the current and the next backend package. azure:groups:write has already been deleted from the IdP.
Restoring the read-only groups page also brought back adding and removing any
directory user in any group (`azure:groups:write`). The IdP derives the Socio
and Direttivo roles from Entra group membership, so that let a holder grant
those roles to anyone. The only group write the dashboard may cause is the
backend adding a newly created member to Soci (RFC v3 §4 decision 9).
The groups page and its member list stay, behind `azure:groups:read`; the add
picker, removal and their server functions, middleware and permission are gone.

Remove group memberships from the mutation instructions.
Line 13 still lists Microsoft 365 group memberships as dashboard mutations. The new guidance in Lines 21-24 says the dashboard never edits them. Remove the stale entry so future changes do not follow conflicting security instructions.
