The Brain board says it in colour, like the Mind dashboard does - #264

The Mind dashboard is scannable: a task's work type, target, difficulty,
autonomy and priority are pills, so a backlog is read by colour before it is
read by word. The Brain board — the page you actually open in the morning —
was six screens of grey sentences with a link in each, and the only colour on
it was the hero.
Every row here has facets; they were just spelled out in prose. So they now
wear the same vocabulary: the accent is what a row IS (the repo a workflow
belongs to, the kind of a community conversation, the target of an in-flight
task, a door that acts rather than one that only opines), and a tone is what
it SAYS (a conclusion, a Heart verdict, a stamp off consensus, how long
someone has waited on us). Rows lost the words the pill now carries, so most
are shorter than before, not longer.
Above the sections, a header strip carries one number per section that can
ask something of a human — the Mind's four tiles, for this page's five
questions. A source that could not be read counts `–`, never a zero: the
strip is read before the rows and must not promise a quiet morning the board
could not see.
The in-flight rows compose rather than invent. The board reads the
`Type:`/`Target:`/`Difficulty:`/`Autonomy:`/`Priority:` header the Mind
already wrote and hands it to the same `pills()` call the Mind dashboard
makes, so a task looks like itself on both pages. Only the header block is
read, it must start at the top of the file, and one lone field line is prose
— an unheaded prompt renders bare, because no pill here should be a guess.
`_TONES` in the theme stays the Mind's own facet vocabulary. A board whose
rows carry other facets now says its tone explicitly — `pills(("failure",
"r"))` — rather than teaching that table words the Mind never uses. Bare
strings behave exactly as before, so the Mind dashboard's own render is
byte-identical.
Also refreshed the gallery's Brain shot (the family is judged there) and
corrected the palette note in board/AGENTS.md, which still said four of the
six accents were placeholders — five are sampled from the real logos, and
only the umbrella has no logo to sample.
