AGENTS.md gains two measured lines, because this file is loaded in every session and a remote one has little else to go on: run the suite with `-n auto` (554 tests, 96s on one core and 28s on four), and knock on `session_bootstrap.sh` in the first turn, since a session holding several organs registers no SessionStart hook at all. Validation: 554 tests pass, `repos_sync.py --check` clean against this copy.
