Picks up the two new legs in PyAutoMind's canonical hook: every console script the venv owns is shimmed into $HOME/.local/bin (python3 and pytest already had their own; nothing else was reachable without the venv on PATH, which a multi-repo session never gets), and the shim claim policy is unchanged. Generated file — regenerated by `python3 PyAutoMind/scripts/repos_sync.py --write` with all four organs attached, never hand-edited.
