Broca's HTML dashboard is live, but its missing state.json prevents Scientist from validating an organ connection. This change emits the shared feed from saved Broca evidence and includes it in the existing Pages artifact.

Scripts Changed

• broca/state.py: Brain's shared builder, explicit publishing identity/custom URL, saved collection/evaluation clocks and evidence states; guides/workspaces remain inventory.
• broca/board.py: reuse conservative latest-day benchmark selection in both HTML and JSON.
• broca/__main__.py: optional state output alongside HTML; malformed inputs fail before output.
• broca/collect.py: permit an assistant-free configuration for communication-only starters.
• Pages builds/validates site/state.json and publishes only the site directory. Repository identity comes from GITHUB_REPOSITORY; URL/collection age are instance configuration. Local site artifacts are ignored.
• Tests and documentation cover the feed contract and its limits.

Validation

• 34 Broca tests passed; saved-data check validates 4 assistants and 18 records.
• Actual HTML/JSON artifact generated and accepted by Brain's shared validator.
• Generated feed accepted by Scientist's connection helper, identical retry and renderer with a local transport fixture; notes preserved.
• Review found that green validity could outlive a passing evaluation. Fixed with the earliest evaluation/collection deadline and a regression test; original collection timestamp remains unchanged.
• Independent re-review CLEAN; 13 targeted checks, actual Scientist expiry handling and record/receipt byte preservation independently verified.
• Heart STALE only: release validation incomplete: no rehearsal for current source; no RED/YELLOW. No software release.

The current saved Broca evidence produces red with its original October 8 collection timestamp; publication does not freshen it or convert inventory into a quality result. v1's required timestamp uses a documented unknown sentinel only when no receipt exists. No collection, assistant execution, source copying or external messages occur.

Closes #14. Epic: scientist-adoption-pilot. Judge tier: human /prm. Main's existing Pages workflow will deploy after merge; verify the real HTTPS feed and Scientist connection then. This PR does not claim the currently missing live endpoint is fixed yet.
