Retire subhalo_validation: runs closed, tree archived on laptop and RAL - #81

On the human's decision (2026-10-29): the five open runs (342299_1/_2, 342311_0/_1/_2) were COMPLETED per sacct on 2026-09-08/09 and are closed with their walls; the final outputs were pulled (nothing new); the tree moved to archive/ on the laptop and on RAL (no jobs, same filesystem), hpc/sync.conf HPC_BASE updated; local_path and ral_root repointed; row retired; dashboard re-rendered.
