Emcee's sub-millisecond wall-clock ratio intermittently fails on shared runners. CI now checks one compiled-objective call per evaluation, equivalent values, cached-objective reuse and no retracing for same-shaped inputs. Keep the timing comparison opt-in with PYAUTO_PROFILE_EMCEE_JAX=1.
Closes #1727.
Validation
Focused JAX dispatch tests: 3 passed, 1 skipped (opt-in profiling). Full library suite: 3912 passed, 2 skipped, 1 xfailed, with one /tmp/summary.csv collision from concurrently running isolated checkouts (the existing fixture hardcodes that global filename). Re-ran the entire affected aggregate-CSV module alone: 17 passed. No remaining failing tests. Python 3.12.14. Author diff review passed. No production changes.
No public API changes. Workspace smoke not applicable to these test-only changes; no science or production path changed. Required Python 3.12/3.13 CI remains pending at PR creation.
Heart and authorization
User authorized "Find 4 grouped tasks and do them", then "Yes I authorise" after the RED gate was disclosed. Development PR only; no merge or release. Fresh published vitals: organism RED, PyAutoFit scope GREEN; local readiness STALE (fresh checkout has no release evidence). This does not repair or clear the organism's RED.
