Phase 2 of #324: turn on Colab Gemini instructions for autofit_workspace, HowToFit (autofit_assistant) and autogalaxy_workspace, HowToGalaxy (autogalaxy_assistant) in the release generate, and support an optional per-assistant
cap:incolab/contexts.yaml(default 20,000, hard ceiling 50,000 — human tested 52k in Colab). autogalaxy uses 36,000 (its skills are 21–32k each; trim follow-up filed in Mind).release.yml:assistant:set for the four entries; merge-order comment updated.build_util:gemini_context_cap, cap validated at load (range, int, not bool); validation/injection/report use the cap in force.gemini_context reportshows the cap; help text updated.Merge order: PyAutoLabs/autofit_assistant + PyAutoLabs/autogalaxy_assistant (either order) → PyAutoLabs/PyAutoHands. Hands enables the release checkout for these workspaces, which needs both mappings on main.
