feat: build inference organ and campaign control room #1

The Pages setup dependency described in the historical checkpoint below is resolved. Deployment37188389863 succeeded; public HTML/state/badge match the merged files, with published JavaScript copy checks passing. All 18 PRs and source migration are merged. Overview

Build PyAutoInsight as the single inference campaign control room, following PyAutoPulse's 2–3 October implementation and latest campaign/task migration. Human selected PyAutoInsight and created the public repository.

Plan

1. Implement the project-owned inference-summary@1 producer over autolens_inference results; preserve failed, partial and unknown evidence.
2. Build independent reader/registry/receipts/cache, CLI, campaign/task ledger, editable all-campaign check-in, diagnostics dashboard and Pages workflows.
3. Audit and migrate inference domain intent from Mind, preserve exact bodies and source hashes, reconcile Cortex/project ownership and land destination before removal.
4. Register identity in Mind; generate adapters; wire Brain/cockpit, hub and organisation profile without a new conductor.
5. Test full relevant CI, review changes, publish via PRs, verify Pages and producer-triggered refresh receipts.
   Tier: judge — merge mode: human /prm, required CI green. No compute, scientific default changes or library release.

Detailed implementation

• autolens_inference/scripts/misc/tooling: summary exporter, contract tests, publication and insight-refresh sender.
• PyAutoInsight/insight/{registry,summary,ingest,board,campaigns,cli}.py, bin/pyauto-insight, REFERENCE.md, CHECKIN.md, campaigns.yaml, migration.yaml, tasks/, receipts/, snapshots/, tests/, workflows.
• Mind repos.yaml and repos_sync generated surfaces; Brain organism, routing, board policy and witnesses; public organ lists.
• Last-good capture keeps original source/evidence times. Schema integrity, freshness and scientific assessment remain separate. No global convergence threshold or ranking.
• Cortex's Now/Runs/Log and project raw records remain authoritative; Insight owns campaign coordination and pending domain tasks. Mind retains bounded implementation claims.
• Verify empty/unavailable/unsupported/duplicate/nonfinite/unsafe/unknown/stale feeds, failed seeds, partial stages, changed targets, missing archives, generic second-producer fixture, migration hashes and edited clipboard fallback.

This is the current task-specific Heart RED development override. Required test/CI/review and merge gates remain. Exact Heart reason set will be retained in the task record and shipping PRs.

Merge and deployment checkpoint — 2026-10-04

Human: /prm — merge the PyAutoInsight rollout and complete migration/deployment.

All sixteen initial rollout PRs were merged after current-head CI/run/job and mergeability checks. Scheduled non-PR-only Mind drift writer was skipped by its event condition; PR privacy tests passed. Public hub/profile/Scientist/Cortex/Gut had no PR-triggered workflows; local applicable suites and review passed. No branch protection bypass or release was performed.

Source-task removal merged in Mind #472 @9aeabfe99b1e511a0d48ca6a9db415ced117c654 after destination ancestry and all six byte/hash checks. Full Mind suite619 passes; generated dashboard/registry/lifecycle roundtrips pass. Insight #3 merged @ca2418d009afe8049093e7510e17ba3bf092afa2, archiving the docs task completed by producer18 while preserving the original contract bytes and all other task gates. Both followup PRs passed every applicable hosted job. Eighteen rollout PRs are now merged.

Receiver succeeded. This verifies the sender-to-receiver chain, not merely a manual ingest.

Pages configuration failed at actions/configure-pages@v5: Create Pages site failed. Error: Resource not accessible by integration. The new repository needs Pages enabled with source GitHub Actions in repository settings. No live dashboard claimed. Source cleanup and receiver verification are complete. The final remaining dependency is Pages repository setup, followed by successful deployment/public-page verification and normal close-out. Mind's checkpoint branch has auto-merged, recording the blocker and releasing fourteen finished repository claims. Issue and bounded Insight/Mind lifecycle remain open; no fabricated completion record.
