Summary

Show shared freshness beside the prompt preview using the oldest successful observation across displayed projects. Record a separate successful-ingest refresh receipt even when content is unchanged; preserve original capture and scientific evidence times, offline replay and state.updated.

Refs PyAutoLabs/PyAutoBrain#486. This is one coordinated eleven-repository change covering thirteen boards; human merge follows Brain-first ordering. Publication has not yet been verified.

API Changes

Adds optional Snapshot.refreshed_at at the end of its dataclass fields and an additive receipt refreshed_at field. See full details below.

Test Plan

• 79 tests verified for PyAutoInsight.
• Browser witness: 120 current layout cases across all thirteen boards and degraded state, plus 14 copy regression cases. Checks include exact 1h/24h boundaries, invalid/future/timezone stamps, native disclosure, live clock, mobile/desktop/light/dark, expanded preview and clipboard invariants.
• Verify published dashboards after authorized merges.

Full API Changes (for automation and release notes)

• Added: optional successful observation timestamp in Snapshot/receipt and campaign panel input.
• Behavior: real successful refreshes can commit receipt and HTML metadata even when evidence is unchanged; failed or legacy observations show unknown.
• Migration: Brain shared footer merged as feat: add shared dashboard freshness footer PyAutoBrain#487; no scientific data schema changes.
