Part of PyAutoLabs/PyAutoScientist#59 and the
scientist-adoption-pilotepic. The current board is excluded from the footer. Scientist appears first on other boards after the Brain ordering PR merges.Scripts Changed

Validation
183 Python tests; Ruff checks; offline contract/dashboard check; regenerated HTML differs only by the footer. Shared footer browser checks passed at 390/768/820/1024/1440px in light/dark, including native links without JavaScript, keyboard focus, wrapping and placement outside collapsed sections (60 cases across six consumers).
