ci: validate Memory on Python 3.12 #30
Description
Overview
Memory validation is an active ecosystem CI surface and should use the supported Python 3.12 floor. The unrelated dirty reading-queue.md in the main checkout will be preserved by using a clean origin/main worktree.
Plan
- Raise the active workflow selector from Python 3.11 to Python 3.12.
- Preserve all workflow behavior other than the interpreter floor.
- Run workflow syntax and tracked residual-selector checks only.
- Do not rerun the full ecosystem release or workspace suite.
