docs(memory): placeholder bibliography + wiki entry for Vincken 2026 #39

Overview
Vincken 2026 — Euclid Collaboration: Vincken et al., "Euclid Data Release 1 (DR1): Learning machine learning …" — is cited in an in-progress Euclid paper but has no entry in PyAutoMemory. It is also not yet on arXiv: DR1 is unreleased and the only local copy is a private Euclid Consortium draft. This task adds a deliberately generic placeholder entry — bibliography key, source stub, log line — so the key is citable now and can be swapped for verified metadata the moment the paper goes public.
The originating prompt asked for two other things that investigation resolved differently; see Scope corrections below.
Plan
- Add a placeholder

sources/lens-finding.mdpage, beside the existing Euclid Discovery Engine A/B/C entries, with explicit "no verified claims" guardrails. - Append one
wiki/lensing/log.mdentry recording the placeholder and its pending arXiv refresh — and, retroactively, the already-shipped dolphin addition that was never logged. - Validate with the repo's own
make validateandmake test.
Scope corrections (from the start_dev investigation)
- The arXiv link in the prompt is not Vincken.

The \citep{} edit into the sentence "the preprocessing required to scale them was only recently automated (Vincken 2026),". No file anywhere under PyAutoLabs contains that sentence — the Euclid paper's .tex lives outside this workspace (euclid_assistant/ holds only other people's papers as a style-linting corpus; euclid_strong_lens_modeling_pipeline/ has no .tex at all). Reopen when the paper source is reachable.
Follow-up owed
Refresh Vincken2026 with verified metadata once the paper is on arXiv — replace the TODO title, add the arXiv ID/DOI/author list, and fill in real **Supports:** claims in the source stub.
