Gated on issue author ∈ OWNER/MEMBER/COLLABORATOR — a stranger's issue on this public repo never mutates the queue; unmatched lines get a comment and the issue stays open.

DONE papers render as a collapsed per-section reading history. The markdown render mirrors everything; --json exposes the per-paper list (titles/counts — the pinned privacy level). Badge and README strip are byte-identical (the cross-board contract). board.py stays stdlib-only, fully local-parse, and derives all identity from the git remote (spawn-template portability; without a remote the action buttons are simply absent).

Follow-up to #32/#35 — the per-paper growth path named there. The Mind spawn template DROPs the new workflow (PyAutoMind a5da38cd), mirroring knowledge_board.yml.

API Changes

None — internal changes only. (Repo tooling: the board.py snapshot's queue entries gain a papers list, consumed by the renderers and tests; badge and README-strip surfaces unchanged.)
