feat: dashboard paper filter box + read trend - #47

- A self-contained JS filter input above the reading queue: live-filters paper rows across sections, auto-expands sections (and the reading history) holding matches, restores the collapsed state when cleared. - Read trend from the DONE history, computed against the snapshot's generated stamp (pure, testable): 7/30-day counts in the queue header, an 8-week bar strip when there are reads, and a one-line mirror in the markdown render. Hidden until the history has at least one DONE paper. The digest-side arXiv-ref item from #46 needed no change — the append block already emits 'Title — <arXiv id>' (shipped with #35). Closes #46.
