Summary

Item 4 of the approved dashboard follow-ups (#48): the 📥/📑 buttons now complete end-to-end in CI. A queue-intake or queue-cite labeled issue triggers queue_filing.yml, which has claude-code-action@v1 identify the paper (arXiv-scoped WebFetch), add the canonical BibTeX entry, write the sources section (minimal for cite, full stub for intake, the human's notes: folded in) and DONE-mark the queue line — then deterministic steps gate with make validate + pytest, stage explicit paths only (bibliography/, wiki/, reading-queue.md), push queue-filing/issue-<n>, and open a PR that closes the issue. Merge stays human.

Security/robustness:

  • Author-association gate (OWNER/MEMBER/COLLABORATOR) — same as queue_actions.yml; trigger is labeled only, which covers creation-applied labels and avoids the opened+labeled double-run.
  • Claude gets no git/gh — the deterministic steps own branch/commit/PR; issue text reaches the runner via env + file, never inline interpolation.
  • Cannot-identify path: Claude writes /tmp/filing_error.txt, the run aborts and posts the reason to the issue without editing anything.
  • Filing PRs are GITHUB_TOKEN-created, so validate.yml does not run on them — the same gates run inside this workflow before push.
  • Missing-secret path fails loudly and comments on the issue.

⚠️ Human prerequisite before first live run

Add the CLAUDE_CODE_OAUTH_TOKEN secret to this repo (Settings → Secrets and variables → Actions). It currently exists only as a PyAutoMind repo secret and cannot be copied programmatically.

API Changes

None — internal changes only (one new workflow; no script/renderer changes).

Test Plan

  • Workflow YAML parses; make validate + 27 board tests green (untouched)
  • Post-merge, after the secret is added: submit one 📑 cite issue with notes and review the filing PR end-to-end

The Mind spawn template DROPs the new workflow (PyAutoMind 68bc7051), like its two siblings.

Generated by the PyAutoLabs agent workflow.

The dashboard's 📥/📑 buttons now complete end-to-end in CI: a
queue-intake or queue-cite labeled issue (owner/member/collaborator
authored) triggers queue_filing.yml, which has claude-code-action@v1
identify the paper (arXiv-scoped WebFetch), add the canonical BibTeX
entry, write the sources section (minimal for cite, full stub for
intake, the human's notes folded in) and DONE-mark the queue line —
then deterministic steps gate with make validate + pytest, stage
explicit paths only, push queue-filing/issue-<n>, and open a PR that
closes the issue. Merge stays human.

Trigger is 'labeled' only (fires for creation-applied labels too,
avoiding the opened+labeled double-run). Fails with a clear message
when the CLAUDE_CODE_OAUTH_TOKEN secret is absent — it must be added
to this repo before first live use (org pattern: PyAutoMind
arxiv_papers.yml).

Closes #48.
