What

Lands the three filings that were waiting on branches (queue-filing/issue-72, -82, -91), each merged as a merge commit so the bot's filing commit stays the record. The queue moved under all three (later ➕ taps, nightly inbox sweeps), so reading-queue.md and arxiv-inbox.md conflicted; each is resolved as main's file plus exactly the lines the filing added (its DONE line) minus the lines it deleted (its inbox line). Net diff against main:

Fixes the filing workflow's dispatch door. The first sweep re-dispatched three filings and every one died in claude-code-action with Workflow initiated by non-human actor: github-actions — the hand-over and the sweep run as the bot, and the action refuses bots unless named in allowed_bots. Named now; the author-association gate keeps strangers out on both doors. The prompt also stopped when the request's line was in none of the three files, which is what a suggestion that lapsed before its tap was acted on looks like (#71, #74): it now files those and appends the DONE line with nothing to delete.

Checks

  • make validate: green (citations + structure).
  • python -m pytest tests/ -q: 178 passed.

Closes #72. Closes #82. Closes #91.

A ➕ tap (#83) moved the paper into the queue unread after #82's cite
filing had already recorded it DONE on its branch; landing both would list
it twice. The DONE line is the history, the unread one goes.

…n is still a paper

The first sweep re-dispatched three filing requests and every one died in
claude-code-action with "Workflow initiated by non-human actor:
github-actions" — the dispatch door runs as the bot, and the action refuses
bots unless named in allowed_bots. Name it; the author-association gate is
what keeps strangers out on both doors.

The prompt also told Claude to stop when the request's line was in none of
the three files. A suggestion that lapsed before its tap was acted on is
exactly that case (#71, #74), and the request carries the title and ref, so
file it and append the DONE line with nothing left to delete.
