batches: packets/ and reviews/ — the archived review surface - #376
Conversation
…human's verdicts packet: and review: join the batch-record schema. batches/packets/ holds one self-contained HTML review page per slot (written at dispatch with PENDING members, refreshed at collect, never rewritten after submission); commits of actual pages are held pending the human's public-vs-private ruling — this repo is public. batches/reviews/ holds the human's submitted review markdown, the file the orchestrator parses at close-out; follow-ups it names are queued for the NEXT batch, never executed in-review. Both dirs are already ledger-side (the batches/ prefix in scripts/ledger_merge.py), so they auto-merge. …public 2026-08-31) The human ruled packets and reviews public in this repo, served on Pages, aware the science numbers and run paths go on the open internet. The 2026-08-31 am packet and the packet template land in batches/packets/; the page's Permanent-home line links its Pages URL; pages_dashboard.yml stages batches/packets/*.html under _site/packets/ and triggers on that path. Visibility ruled public by the human (2026-08-31) — wiring finished on this branch:

…xt batch - Development through use — 2026-08-31 section: phase verdicts (collect spec-complete and top of queue, dispatcher deferred, board re-scoped, phase 8 half-shipped via the laptop mirror), what use built that the plan never had, dead-do-not-resurrect list. - Status headers reconciled for shipped 0a/0c prompts. - batch_board.md re-scoped per the human: a Batches strip on the Mind dashboard above 'Start here', small. - witness_campaign.md filed (owned work, human-declared witnesses only). - queue.md gains its first four entries (board, witnesses, collect, euclid Lane recut). - batches/AGENTS.md: expected-effects: — the only licence for 'generated by an earlier member' at leg 4. Dashboard NOT regenerated on this branch: the regen tool writes only to the canonical checkout (attempted; side-effect reverted there). Added on this branch (2026-08-31): the epic ledger's Development through use — 2026-08-31 section (phase verdicts: collect spec-complete and top of queue, dispatcher deferred, board re-scoped by the human to a Batches strip above 'Start here', phase 8 half-shipped via the laptop mirror; dead-do-not-resurrect list); shipped-status headers reconciled for 0a/0c; |

Scaffolding for the batch review surface (stacked on #375; retarget to main when it merges).
batches/AGENTS.md:packet:(archived page) andreview:(submitted verdicts) join the schema, each with its paragraph.batches/packets/AGENTS.md: one self-contained HTML page per slot — written at dispatch with PENDING members, generated/refreshed stamps, never rewritten after submission, local-path pointers. No pages committed yet: this repo is public and the human's public-vs-private ruling for packets is pending; the doc names the private fallback homes.batches/reviews/AGENTS.md: the human's review markdown, one per slot, with schema — parsed at close-out; follow-ups are enacted in the next batch, never in-review.batches/prefix inscripts/ledger_merge.pyalready classifies both subdirs ledger-side (verified by runningclassify).🤖 Generated with Claude Code
