feat(freeze): frozen day_zero snapshot of the lens baseline - #85

…ords Likelihood lifecycle phase 3, day-zero write 2/4 (PyAutoLabs/autolens_profiling#499). - pulse/freeze.py + `pyauto-pulse freeze --instance K --label day_zero --commit <sha>`: reads the instance's profiling-summary@3 catalogue at one commit, validates it (decision ids resolved), keeps the records the producer stamped day_zero (exactly one tag) with planned_cells and a manifest (commit, tag, frozen_at, source sha256 + record count, counts, decision_ids, records_sha256), and writes snapshots/<label>/<instance>.json once; an existing frozen snapshot is never rewritten. - `pyauto-pulse check` verifies every frozen snapshot offline: digest, counts, every record current on the tag, every decision_id resolved. - catalogue v3: a non-null day_zero is allowed only on a current record (additive). - REFERENCE.md and AGENTS.md document the frozen snapshot beside the rolling one. The day_zero snapshot itself is frozen from autolens_profiling main once PyAutoLabs/autolens_profiling#500 merges.
