Summary
Independent Scientist profiles can now record incomplete organ setup and pause feed observation without deleting connections. Pending and paused organs make no server or browser requests; resume and setup promotion validate the saved identity and published feed before changing configuration. Connected cards keep connection state separate from owner evidence.

Pause affects only Scientist observation, not owner jobs or services. Updated configuration must be rendered/published and the page reloaded for visitors to see the new state. UI prompts propose CLI operations; they do not write configuration in the browser. Existing unprofiled dashboard behavior is retained. No real independent deployment, owner provisioning or upgrade support is claimed.
