Summary

Independent Scientist profiles now show the familiar cockpit icon bar above the overview. Selecting an inactive organ opens its existing Dashboards description and a copyable setup/resume prompt; connected organs open their configured board while keeping navigation visible.

The shared content function preserves the existing wording exactly. Inactive organs make no feed requests, paused observations remain paused, and normal unprofiled Scientist rendering retains its existing behavior. Links support direct navigation, keyboard use and Back/Forward.

Scripts Changed

• scripts/instance_navigation.py — instance navigation, configured destinations and shared inactive-organ content.
• scripts/instance_navigation.js — view selection, lazy board loading and history/focus handling.
• scripts/organism_board.py — render the instance shell and reuse the same content under Dashboards.
• STARTER.md — document navigation and connection behavior.

Validation

• 146 Python tests passed; 7 existing JavaScript checks passed.
• Browser checks at 390, 768, 820, 1024 and 1440px in light/dark: empty, connected-project and lifecycle fixtures; prompt clipboard parity, keyboard, direct links, Back/Forward, configured/paused boards, zero inactive external requests, no horizontal overflow and no banner overlap.
• No-JavaScript text fallback checked. Connected board behavior uses synthetic intercepted destinations, not production feeds.
• Heart: STALE, sole reason release validation incomplete: no rehearsal for current source; allowed for development shipping, not a release-readiness claim.

Publication

Regenerated Embryo preview files are prepared locally for review. The live PyAutoEmbryo deployment remains at the previously published version until human merge and publication. An owner board that disallows embedding can be opened using its new-tab link.
