Summary

Token consolidation phase 2a (PyAutoLabs/PyAutoBrain#531) for the Scientist.

organism_board.yml collects activity with an owner-wide, read-only pyautolabs-bot App token (issues, pull-requests and metadata read). These are the endpoints activity_feed.py calls. This replaces PAT_PYAUTOLABS || github.token.

The request budget is now always 180; the silent 180 → 60 drop is deleted. A failed mint fails the run. REPORTING.md and one comment in activity_feed.py are updated.

API Changes

None (workflow auth change).
See full details below.

Test Plan

  • YAML parse; pytest tests -q: 173 passed
  • Tenant firewall (organ code): OK
  • After merge: gh workflow run organism_board.yml; coverage on the board unchanged or better
Full API Changes (for automation & release notes)

Required configuration

  • Now read: vars.APP_CLIENT_ID, secrets.APP_PRIVATE_KEY (org level).
  • No longer read: secrets.PAT_PYAUTOLABS.

Heart readiness: YELLOW, acknowledged by the human before opening (manifest drift on one workspace checkout; PyAutoLens release validation stale — both unrelated to this change).

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

organism_board.yml replaces PAT_PYAUTOLABS || github.token with a minted
pyautolabs-bot token (issues, pull-requests, metadata read) and a single
180-request budget; the silent 180 -> 60 drop is gone. REPORTING.md updated.
