Summary

Adopts the agentic-only support policy shared with the other PyAuto assistants (reference change: PyAutoLabs/autolens_assistant). The seed had no README, so one is added: three-step setup (Claude Code or Codex), a starting prompt on the bundled 1D calibration demo, experimental alternatives, what ships today. llms.txt is rewritten as the agentic front door; AGENTS.md and start-new-project drop "chat" from the harness lists.

Test plan

  • Relative-link check over changed files (pre-existing broken seed links in AGENTS.md left as-is)
  • test_benchmark.py outcome unchanged (two pre-existing failures: the seed has no prompt cards)
  • CI: clone-boundary (not a reference — skips), wiki-currency

Adopt the agentic-only support policy shared with the other PyAuto assistants: the
seed had no README, so add a concise one (three-step setup, a starting prompt on the
bundled 1D calibration demo, experimental alternatives, what ships today); rewrite
llms.txt as the agentic front door; drop "chat" from the harness lists in AGENTS.md
and start-new-project.
