Distribute user-reviewed /feedback across the four domain assistants so community reports can be drafted without a Brain checkout. Tracks PyAutoLabs/autolens_assistant#148 (community-organ-birth phase 4).
Adds the standalone canonical feedback skill, Claude aliases, own Codex discovery wrapper, and maintenance documentation. Generic content propagated through Brain clone sync.
No automatic posting or telemetry. Users review and submit their own draft. Scientific fitting code is unchanged.
Validation: Brain suite 1,168 passed; 67 focused tests passed after the boundary correction; all four assistant discovery checks and generated feedback checks pass. Synthetic quick feedback preserves uncertainty/privacy, and retrospective feedback asks for selected evidence before retrieval.

Depends on the companion Brain PR; merge Brain first.
Source PRs await human /prm; no release or merge is authorized by this handoff.
Heart RED remains the previously acknowledged programme-wide state. Authorization: user “Yes I authorise you to proceed for the whole task”, renewed “OK do thr next stuff” + @github. This authorizes this development/PR handoff, not a failing-CI bypass. Recorded blockers:
Agent: Codex; model unavailable.
CI follow-up: the tenant firewall rejected a hard-coded reference name in the new test. The test now covers every declared reference from configuration; all three feedback tests and the tenant-firewall gate pass locally. Brain CI reruns on the corrected commit.
