Pages publishing failed because timezone-free dates such as
Aug 9 2026were parsed in the host timezone before conversion to UTC. The committed manifests matched Asia/Shanghai, while the UTC deployment runner generated different dates and rejected them as stale.Parse English calendar dates in UTC and regenerate both locale manifests. This corrects 88 English and 118 Chinese publication dates without changing article membership or other metadata. Add PR/main checks for cross-timezone regression tests, manifest freshness, and a full site build using the same Node 24 / pnpm 10.3.0 versions as Pages.
Validation:
Blog manifest and site buildis now required on main, bound to GitHub Actions, with the branch required to be up to date. Existing rules are preserved.8e7bbab490f29a28104cf272c0b5cf7d3bab3ef6on 2026-10-22./,/blog/en/,/blog/cn/,/blog/en/agent-financial-tools-retrieval/,/rss.xml, and/sitemap-index.xmlat https://qverisai.github.io/. All return HTTP 200; the root redirect, locale HTML, article content, and XML parsing were verified.
