Updates node_exporter dependencies to address the security findings in RED-218668: golang.org/x/crypto to v0.57.0, x/net to v0.60.0, and x/text to v0.42.0, with required x/sys and x/sync updates. The minimum Go version remains 1.26.3.

Also fixes CI failures caused by runner environment changes:

• FreeBSD setup: upgrades the VM action to v1.5.9 and FreeBSD to 15.1 to resolve incompatibility with the package repository.
• FreeBSD E2E: excludes the environment-dependent ZFS minimum cache size from the fixed-output comparison, consistent with other ZFS cache metrics.
• macOS E2E: limits the test to disk0 and removes hardcoded disk4 expectations. A same-runner comparison confirmed the original and updated exporters expose identical disk metrics; the failure resulted from the runner’s changed disk layout.

These CI changes do not alter production metric collection.
