Fixes Dependabot alerts #111 and #112.

  • simple-git 3.36.0 → 4.0.2 (fixed in 4.0.1)
  • @simple-git/argv-parser 1.1.1 → 2.0.1 (fixed in 2.0.1)

Both are transitive via @redocly/realm, which pinned simple-git@3.36.0; bumping realm to ^0.138.0 resolves them. Lockfile-only otherwise.

Remaining npm audit findings (undici) are unrelated to these alerts.

Pulls in simple-git 4.0.2 and @simple-git/argv-parser 2.0.1.
