# 🏛️ SOC 2 Type II & ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Compliance & Readiness Matrix

> **Effective Date**: November 2026
> **Vendor Entity**: RitualDev Lab (`ritualdev.in`)
> **Applies to**: AgentShield Enterprise, DBShield Guardrails, and Enterprise Governance Suite
> **Contact**: `security@ritualdev.in` | `developer@ritualdev.in`
> **Trust Portal**: [https://ritualdev.in/trust](https://ritualdev.in/trust)
> **Enterprise SLA**: [https://ritualdev.in/sla](https://ritualdev.in/sla)

---

## 1. Executive Summary & Compliance Architecture

RitualDev Lab provides autonomous AI agent security, kernel sandboxing, database mutation proxies, and enterprise governance infrastructure.

Unlike legacy SaaS platforms that require ingesting enterprise codebases into multi-tenant cloud data stores, the **RitualDev architecture is strictly Local-First and Zero-Data-Custody**:
- **Zero Customer Data Retention**: Agent execution, AST parsing, regex entropy evaluation, and credential redaction execute 100% locally on customer developer workstations or inside customer private VPC runners (`AGENTSHIELD_AIR_GAPPED=1`).
- **No Third-Party Telemetry**: Zero lines of code, API tokens, prompts, or database queries are transmitted to RitualDev cloud endpoints.
- **Cryptographic Tamper-Evidence**: Audit events are recorded locally in a sequential HMAC-SHA256 chained ledger (`audit.ledger.jsonl`), verifiable offline via `agentshield ledger verify`.
- **End-to-End Supply Chain Provenance**: Releases include SLSA Level 3 build provenance, Sigstore cryptographic signing, and automated CycloneDX / SPDX Software Bill of Materials (SBOM) generation.

### Commercial Audit Model ("When Revenue Demands It")
RitualDev's technical architecture natively satisfies the Trust Services Criteria (TSC) and ISO/IEC 27001 requirements. When an enterprise prospect enters into an annual contract (typically **$20,000–$50,000+/year**) contingent upon a formal certified third-party SOC 2 Type II or ISO 27001:2022 report:
1. RitualDev initiates automated continuous compliance evidence collection using **Vanta** or **Drata**.
2. An accredited independent AICPA CPA firm / ISO registrar conducts the examination.
3. Fast-track SOC 2 Type I reports are issued within **2–4 weeks**, transitioning into a formal SOC 2 Type II observation window (3–6 months).
4. In the interim, enterprise security teams receive this pre-assessment control matrix, our pre-filled SIG Lite/CAIQ packet, and an executive Bridge Letter under mutual NDA.
