Filters locally generated bundle, shared-library, and JAR artifacts from the common source-package glob while retaining the explicitly-added JRuby JAR for Java builds.
Verified by compiling before package build, inspecting the 68-file MRI package, simulating the JRuby specification, installing the gem, and signing/verifying from the installed package.
