Rustix builds the hardware, infrastructure and backend behind game server communities. What we can share, we open source: free, MIT licensed extensions and eggs for Pterodactyl, built for and run on real hosting.
Extensions for Pterodactyl Panel v2. Each one lives in its own repo, installs from its latest release, and works alongside the others.
- Wipe & Season Manager: scheduled wipes for Rust and other games, with in-game warnings, a backup first, seed and map rotation, Discord posts and a full history.
- Server Guides: a Guides tab on every server with how-tos for its game, filled in with that server's real details. Guides come from the community in pterodactyl-egg-guides, and hosts can add their own.
- Domains & SSL: give servers a domain on Cloudflare DNS or your own, with Let's Encrypt certificates.
- User Avatars: profile pictures in the navigation bar, user lists, subuser lists and the activity log.
- Connect Buttons: one-click Join and Copy address on the console, set up for Minecraft, Rust, Source games, FiveM, TeamSpeak and Mumble.
- Next Wipe: a countdown to each server's next wipe, with an optional public page for Discord and websites.
- Announcements: scheduled notices for everyone, or only for servers on chosen nodes, locations or eggs.
- Custom Links: your own buttons for wikis, Discord, map viewers and stores, on every server or only chosen eggs.
- SFTP Quick Connect: open a server's files in FileZilla, WinSCP, Cyberduck or a terminal, with the details filled in.
- Staff Notes: private admin notes and flags (VIP, watch, problem) on users and servers.
Nginx Webhost Egg: host PHP and static websites on Pterodactyl. Upload your files or deploy from Git, with WordPress and Composer built in. Import it from Admin → Nests → Import Egg.
Everything here is open source. Issues and pull requests are welcome in every repo.
Know a game well? Write a guide for it in pterodactyl-egg-guides and it shows up in the Guides tab on every panel that uses Server Guides.
