Pins and comments only. Verified locally: IrisDemo and MnistJavaDemo build; TinyTransformer, SinusApproximator, GloVeEmbeddings, TDALab and MNISTDemo run their jvmTest, desktop and wasm compile tasks (MNISTDemo also the cli compile) against 0.61.0 from Maven Central.

Moves the seven samples that depend only on the engine from SKaiNET 0.40.1 to 0.61.0: IrisDemo, MnistJavaDemo, TinyTransformer, SinusApproximator, GloVeEmbeddings, TDALab and MNISTDemo. Catalog pins, the version comments, the MnistJavaDemo README line and the SinusApproximator changelog are updated; no source changes were needed.
Kotlin stays at 2.4.10. SKaiNET 0.61.0 is built with Kotlin 2.4.20, and the 2.4.10 compiler reads those klibs on every target exercised below (the SemanticEmojiFilter wasm build on 0.61.0 in #38 showed the same).
Second commit: the MNISTDemo CLI accuracy test still called
loadGgufWeights, which was renamed toloadWeightsFromBytesin the shared module some time ago, so:cli:testdid not compile on develop either. Renamed.Verified against Maven Central (JVM tests, desktop compile, wasm compile per sample):
The two failing MNISTDemo CLI tests are the CNN accuracy tests, which only run when a local
mnist_cnn.ggufis present. They fail identically on 0.40.1:createMNISTCNN()buildsdense(10, "out")afterflatten()with zero input features (out.weightis[10 x 0]), so the weight copy throws before any inference. Pre-existing, left for a follow-up.KernelRace and KllamaDemo are not part of this change: they need source changes for the transformers 0.61.0 loader API (
QuantPolicyis gone,WeightFormand the provider constructors replace it) and follow in their own PRs.
