Snapshot 65e67c1 from the curated pipeline. Fixes verified in a fresh anonymous clone: quickstart runs from a clean checkout (venv + scipy + compiler notes), Rodinia verification works publicly (rodinia-src path documented), CI with the shared test runner, CITATION.cff, CONTRIBUTING and issue/PR templates, artifact guide corrections (tar vs zip, honest directory listing), dataset-metadata checksum fix, dead Pages workflow removed. Follow-up to the 2026-08-24 snapshot (06b689d).
