Description of Change

Adds manufacturer fingerprint support for the Rti-Tek STHZB Zigbee temperature and humidity sensor to the existing zigbee-humidity-sensor Edge driver.

The new rtitek-sthzb profile intentionally exposes only SmartThings standard capabilities: temperature measurement, relative humidity measurement, battery, and refresh. It does not expose the device's FD22 private cluster or any custom capabilities.

Summary of Completed Tests

  • YAML parse validation for the fingerprint and profile
  • CLI edge:drivers:package --build-only package build
  • Profile duplicate and category checks
  • Added integration coverage for standard temperature, humidity, battery, and refresh messages

The local Lua runtime and lua_libs test dependency are not installed on this workstation, so the new Lua integration test has not yet been executed locally. Real-hub validation and SmartThings Console Test Suite execution remain required before this draft is marked ready for review.
