feat: count a poured brew as fresh so brew sauces can be Fresh - #90

A sauce is Fresh when its main ingredients are. A bottled brew never spoils but had no freshness, so a wine reduction could never be Fresh and fell well behind a milk sauce on nutrition. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Follow-up to #89. A sauce is Fresh (nutrition ×1.5) when its main ingredients are fresh. A milk sauce gets that from the milk, but a poured brew had no freshness at all, so a wine reduction could never be Fresh.
A bottled BreweryX brew never spoils, so the brew now joins the sauce as a fresh ingredient. A 5★ Red Wine + salt + pepper reduction goes from about +30.2 food / +25.4 nutrition to about +30.2 / +38.0. That ties the best milk sauce on nutrition and stays slightly ahead on food.
The brew test now also checks that the poured brew is fresh.
