Adds catalog/audio/sfxmint.md at status: needs-review.

Publisher disclosure: I run SFXMint, so this is a publisher listing its own source. Per CONTRIBUTING, the entry is written as a third party would, has no comparisons or ranking language, covers only the free library (the paid AI Studio is named in Notes, not linked as url), and starts at needs-review.

Licence read at the source: I read https://sfxmint.com/license on 2026-10-31; the three Evidence lines quote it. Library sounds are AI-generated (Stability AI models) or procedurally synthesized, so the entry carries the ai-generated tag and says so in Notes, along with the site's 3-downloads-a-day allowance.

The draft was prepared with AI assistance. I did not run npm test locally; WAV/MP3, the subcategories and the tags all reuse values already in the catalog.

Thanks for the clear disclosure. I read https://sfxmint.com/license today (2026-10-31), and all three Evidence quotes match it word for word, as do the Notes on the daily download allowance, the Stability AI Community License and the AI Studio's free-tier generations.

The branch was missing two things the validator needs, so I added them on top of your commit:

• the entry's row in catalog/audio/README.md
• the restated counts. Add DailySounds (audio) #164 (DailySounds) merges just before this one, so the counts are 420 total and audio 38 in README.md, catalog/README.md and site/config.json

npm test, npm run validate and npm run build pass (420 entries). Landed on main (982fcd9) with your commit intact, at needs-review, as CONTRIBUTING describes for publisher-submitted entries.
