What changes

  • Instructions: system prompt version 7 keeps only what the app and the product description need: the search, the citation rules, the nine sections and the check-in. The search tool's description now matches the search as it works: the five closest passages.
  • Suggestion: after the first section the chat suggests "Add grocery delivery to the PRD." under a plain "Suggestion:" label. The PRD marks the statement as the visitor's own decision. The measurement keeps its grocery delivery claim as a fixed request.
  • Measurement tool: the meter prices answers by the chat model in use, and a real batch pauses between answers.
  • Docs: a shorter story in the README; the README and the notes describe how the AI is checked and measured, without results.

Checks (local)

  • npm run verify: format, lint, typecheck, unit tests and a production build passed.
  • npm run test:e2e: all passed.
  • The suggestion checked in the browser on the fake model.

Not verified

  • Prompt version 7 on the real model: to try on staging after the merge.
