Slice 28, the owner's interface review (docs/plan.md; docs/decisions.md, Design, 2026-10-26).

  • "Start over" asks in a pop-over under its button ("Clear the chat and the PRD?", "Clear both", "Keep them"), sharing the source pop-over's look and motion; Escape or a click outside closes it, focus goes to "Keep them" and back to the button. The row above the PRD no longer wraps.
  • The owner's neutral palette replaces black and white: #0a0a0a, panels #171717, lines #262626, text #fafafa / #d4d4d4 (replies and statements) / #a1a1a1; control edges #404040.
  • The PRD's title (300) and section headings (400) lighter and slightly tighter.
  • The first screen centred: a larger, lighter heading, one short line, the six households linking to their interviews, the same buttons, and a softened glimpse of the workspace (left out on a phone). It arrives line by line once, timed from the first paint, so it doesn't restart when the browser takes over the server's page.

No files in src/server or src/lib changed, so nothing the model receives.

Local checks: verify (590 unit tests) and test:e2e (92, 4 new), twice; the intro and PRD tests three more runs each. Chromium only.
