TORIS asks, answers, and shows you what matters — and sometimes speaks up on its own, because it found something.

Most companies generate operational data for years — ERP, CRM, warehouse, service, invoices, emails — yet decisions still get made from a spreadsheet or from memory. TORIS closes that gap. It watches the data, analyzes it, and surfaces what changed. In a loop. All the time.

You ask in plain language, the way you'd ask an analyst. TORIS translates the question into a query against your data and answers in a way you can act on — in Polish or English, no SQL required. Every answer comes from your real data, with the source cited, so you can check the numbers yourself.

Classic BI shows you what is happening on a chart someone has to open and interpret. TORIS is built around a different question — what changed, since when, and why. It connects margin per product with lead time, supplier, returns and the text buried in tickets and emails, then tells you where to look first. The form of the answer adapts to the question: conversation, a view, an alert, a morning briefing.

• Single-tenant by design. Every client gets their own instance on a dedicated VPS in the European Union. One client's data never meets another's. GDPR-aligned.
• Proprietary TORIS core. The base technology is developed and maintained privately by ToruAI. Client data and client-specific results remain the client's.
• Modular architecture. We agree the first module during Business Discovery and add one new module each month.
• Built in Rust. A single compiled binary: memory-safe, fewer classes of bugs than typical web stacks, high stability.
• Model-agnostic LLM layer. The right model for the task. Client data does not train any language model — knowledge accumulates only inside the client's own instance.
