• level-4 verifychain, 10 outbound Core 31 peers, Stratum, ownership, and no-repeat-reindex checks passed
• local validator: 24 tests passed, 1 expected isolated-platform skip

This PR changes evidence and release gates only; the already-live Compose recipe is unchanged.
