The windows workflow is failing |
Updated the build workflow to install additional packages and streamline commands for Windows and macOS. Add libiconv to build dependencies Change libiconv to libiconv-devel Update build.yml to use UCRT64 msystem try fix _spawnv error
Updated MSYS2 setup to use MINGW64 and changed installed packages.
