Summary

Transforms the README into a cinematic engineering showcase while preserving every technical claim, with a real animated hero produced specifically for this repository.

Visual assets (assets/readme/)

Asset What it is
yaslogist-hero.gif Original 1920x720 procedural animation — 125 frames, 80 ms, 10.0 s seamless loop, 7.01 MB (global 255-colour palette, Bayer dither, inter-frame deltas)
yaslogist-hero.png Static poster fallback, 282 KB
kinetic-statement.svg Cycling technical statement (SMIL)
divider-pulse.svg Luminous section divider (SMIL)
yaslogist-signature.svg Closing YASLOGIST brand animation (SMIL)

The hero scene is derived from the real domain model in src/lib/data.ts — the 8-node / 10-edge supply graph with true verified/leak/phantom states, the five audit theatres, the audit-gate sweep, and the illustrative $2.1T / 3.8% / 6.4x metrics — with the permanent YASLOGIST engineering signature integrated.

README

  • Hero is the first element (full content width), followed by identity, kinetic statement, and sections 01 The System → 09 YASLOGIST
  • All prior technical content preserved and restructured: capability matrix (29 rows), mermaid blueprints, workflows, quality gates, operations/security, OG pipeline, data policy
  • YASLOGIST present in three positions: hero visual, mid-document attribution, closing signature

Verification

  • GIF decodes at 1920x720 / 125 frames; wrap-step pixel delta (2.04) matches interior frame steps (0.54–2.20) — seamless loop
  • Representative frames (start / transition / middle / late / loop boundary) inspected visually and by pixel probes
  • All 27 local README asset paths and all nav anchors resolve
  • SVGs are well-formed XML and raster-verified; SMIL animations are standard GitHub <img> behaviour (not live-testable from the build sandbox)
  • Change scope: README.md + assets/readme/ only — no application source, dependencies, or CI touched

- assets/readme/yaslogist-hero.gif: original 1920x720 procedural animation
  (125 frames, 10s seamless loop, 7.01 MB) — the real 8-node/10-edge supply
graph, audit-gate sweep, five-theatre rail, illustrative metrics, and the
  YASLOGIST engineering signature
- assets/readme/yaslogist-hero.png: static poster fallback (282 KB)
- assets/readme/kinetic-statement.svg: cycling technical statement (SMIL)
- assets/readme/divider-pulse.svg: luminous section divider (SMIL)
- assets/readme/yaslogist-signature.svg: closing brand animation (SMIL)
- README.md: hero-first cinematic documentation — 01 The System through
09 YASLOGIST, all prior technical content preserved and restructured

Verified: GIF decodes 1920x720/125f, loop seam equals interior frame step,
all README asset paths resolve, only README + assets/readme changed.
