yuki4266/yuki4266 — the banner is redrawn from the author's actual local weather every few hours. An Action queries Open-Meteo and regenerates an animated SVG: six weather states, four seasons, and separate day/night variants that follow whichever theme the viewer has set. The footer garden changes with the season and has a cat in it.
