Arcp.md claims Hosting provides IHostedService + IHostApplicationLifetime #64

Category: docs Severity: minor
Location: docs/projects/Arcp.md:25-25

What

ArcpHostingExtensions.AddArcpRuntime registers only a singleton + options; it wires neither IHostedService nor IHostApplicationLifetime (src/Arcp.Hosting/ArcpHostingExtensions.cs), contradicting this cell and Arcp.Hosting.md:5.

Evidence

| `Arcp.Hosting` | `IHostedService` + `IHostApplicationLifetime` wiring. |

Proposed fix

Change the cell to 'DI singleton registration (AddArcpRuntime) for worker processes.'

Acceptance criteria

• The table cell reflects the actual Hosting capability.
