Arcp.AspNetCore.md 'Related' mislabels Arcp.Hosting as IHostedService #65

Category: docs Severity: minor
Location: docs/projects/Arcp.AspNetCore.md:80-80

What

Arcp.Hosting provides DI singleton registration only, not IHostedService (src/Arcp.Hosting/ArcpHostingExtensions.cs; Arcp.Hosting.md:5).

Evidence

- [Arcp.Hosting](./Arcp.Hosting.md) — `IHostedService` / DI integration.

Proposed fix

Change to '— DI registration helper.'

Acceptance criteria

• The link description matches Arcp.Hosting's actual role.
