AI Training Data Broker

We help companies license the data they already have to AI labs. If your company keeps years of support tickets, chat, email threads, CRM history, work orders or quotes, AI labs license that kind of operational data. We find the AI labs, work through the terms with you, and guide your team through the technical side. You make the final call.

Who it is for

Companies with 30 or more people that have kept their data on the same tools for several years: software and IT services, logistics, construction and trades, accounting, legal, insurance, property management, healthcare administration, staffing, retail and more. See the industries we cover.

How it works

  1. Estimate. Answer 9 questions in the free data value calculator and get a range. It is an estimate, not an offer.
  2. Prepare. We guide your team through what to export, in what format, and how personal information is taken out before anything leaves your company.
  3. Offers. We bring your data to several AI labs, compare the offers with you, and work through the terms. Nothing moves until your team signs off.
  4. Deal. The AI lab pays our broker fee, only after the deal closes.

In approved deals, AI labs pay about $100,000 to $2 million USD for operational data, and a typical deal is around $200,000 to $300,000. What moves the number: how much history, how many kinds of data, whether it is linked across your tools, and whether any AI lab has seen it before. These are ranges from approved deals, not a promise for any one company.

De-identification

Personal information has to come out before company data can be licensed. De-identification means taking out who and where, and keeping what happened.

  • How de-identification works and what it costs
  • The free checklist (PDF, 11 pages): decide the rules, inventory the data, remove identifiers, read the free text, test what is left, keep the record.
  • In a licensing deal the AI lab usually pays for the cleaning. Who does it and who pays is agreed case by case. As a project of its own, de-identification is quoted per project.
