This depends on #1905, which backports Rocky 10 build/install support to REL_2_STABLE. Until that PR is merged and this branch is rebased on top of it, the rocky10 matrix leg is expected to fail. |

Add rocky10 and ubuntu24.04 entries to the test-cloudberry job matrix in yezzey-ci.yaml, using the cbdb-build-rocky10-latest and cbdb-build-ubuntu24.04-latest images.
