Add Sample to the menu, update the sample page status note - #10

The Sample page was added in #6 but never made it into the navigation menu (new pages need an entry in menu.html). Also drop the now-stale 'registry support is still landing' sentence: the registry accepts training provenance records since sourcelume-registry#15.
