P0: publish and verify 27 stale public app/site pages on VPS #21

Why this blocks acquisition
On 2026-10-28, the source-versus-production run 40608832623 reported 27 STALE pages, 0 unreachable on https://appdevelopsk.com: 10 support pages and 17 privacy policies. Public /apps still displayed old anime-specific Dotchi copy, despite merged source fixes.
Source and CI already complete
- Accurate support-page source for Dotchi, Debate Me, Idea Market, Blur, Instant Judge, RoastMe, FutureMe, etc. (PRs Fix Dotchi catalog description to match A/B voting #12–growth: remove unrelated FutureMe features and hardcoded prices from public landing #19)
- Five corrected catalog source+HTML cards, all-92 consistency test, immediate read-only main-push live audit (PR growth: correct catalog cards, enforce live rollout and prepare safe policy recovery #20)
- Safe explicit 17-policy recovery publisher (PR growth: correct catalog cards, enforce live rollout and prepare safe policy recovery #20), non-destructive and dry-run by default
Required operator-run deployment (NOT yet completed)

Publishing is deliberately owner-owned; PR merge / Pages build is not a VPS deploy. This issue is not evidence of any increased traffic.

New main-push verification confirms the deployment blocker. After #20 merged, Live App Acquisition Pages Smoke #40610176001 failed immediately:
FAIL homepage discovery links are stale. Source QA for the same main push succeeded: #40610176082. This is a live VPS deployment gap, not a source test failure. Keep this issue open until site and privacy release checks pass.appdevelopsk commentedon Oct 28, 2026

2026-10-30 verification update: production page drift identified on 10/28 is now resolved per TWO independent, successful actual-HTTP checks:
PASS: catalog, guides, priority search landings, store CTAs, icon crawl policy and sitemap current (HTTP 200)at 2026-10-29 06:24 UTC.到達不能: 0 件 / 内容が古い: 0 件,404: 0 件at 2026-10-29 10:15 UTC (all covered pages including the earlier stale policy/support routes).The 2026-10-28 'publish to VPS' workflow run 40718771369 was dry-run only, but independent live checks prove the public pages now match source; no additional apply was made in this ChatGPT session.
Unrelated GitHub source QA failure caused by obsolete static rsync tests is fixed, PR #27 merged after green CI. Public Play/App Store listing publication is not verified and remains open in app-infra #94. Web-search crawlers can still display old cached snippets; do not infer current production source drift from cached search alone.
Closing this issue as the 27 stale VPS pages release gate is now verified complete.
